Add to favourites Back to the A-Z list Integration Pathways Team (Breadsall) - Derbyshire County Council The Integration Pathways Team will support your child if they have been permanently excluded from school, or are moving schools through the Assisted Transfer Process. We can also help if you are a newcomer to Derbyshire and your child has problems with their behaviour. The team is made up of people from different professions who will help your child. We will ensure that your child carries on with their education while they are out of school and we will continue to support them until they are settled in a new school.
